Description:
The Flash Link Updater allows you to upgrade the firmware on your Fortin bypass module in a matter of seconds. This will only work with modules that have bar codes on the label. It includes Windows (98/2000/XP/Vista/7) software and a USB cable and requires a PC with an Internet connection to upgrade/downgrade the firmware version on any of our supported modules.
Every updatable module is branded with a unique serial number that allows to view the preloaded firmware version, the update history including the current firmware version and any update errors in real time. Every serial number is accompanied with a bar-code which is a tell tale sign of update-able functionality and can be used for inventory management.
