IT IS 7 15/16" WIDE IN THE CENTER AND 3 1/8" TALL MEASURING AT THE WIDEST POINT. IT HAS A CLIP ON ONE END THAT IS 3/8" WIDE AND 1" LONG. NEW, BULK PACKAGING. EACH.
